This latest addition took more effort than others with extra time spent on creative design, meticulous planning, and industry research. I have to say the results are exceptional!

These accompaniments are specifically designed to enhance our signature dishes. For years the tasting menu has dominated the fine dining landscape with precise, intricate plating for each person at the table. Now in 2023, Chefs are embracing dishes that can be enjoyed in a communal fashion, shared amongst family and friends, to encourage meaningful conversation and connection. Who says indulgence has to be unhealthy?
For the last eleven years our menus have had a consistent offering of Appetizers & Entrees the idea being that each guest enjoy a traditional three course meal including a starter, a main and a dessert. With the addition of smaller plates guests can customize their experience and share some or all of the elements of their meal.
We’ve been having conversations about what really sets our business apart and in our humble opinion it is Chef Serdjo’s unwavering commitment to the use of the highest quality ingredients we have access to. For this menu we are offering a broader range of steaks and they are all either Canadian Prime or USDA Prime cuts of meat. For all the steak lovers out there, this really does make a difference!
